How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on
volume and time of day. We usually quote between 45
minutes and an hour for dinner deliveries, but we
strongly recommend lunch orders to be placed the day
before so you can secure your desired delivery time. We
recommend that large orders be placed at least the day
before and you can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or
even months in
advance.

What is the delivery charge and food order
minimum?
There is a $4.99 delivery charge for
orders placed by phone and a $3.99 delivery charge for
orders placed online.
There is a $15.00 minimum food
total for all
orders.

* Corporate: Cash, Credit Card, Company Check
(company check address must match delivery address) and
Gift Certificates.
* Residential/Hotel: Cash, Credit

Can I order from multiple
restaurants?
Yes, you can order from multiple
restaurants, but we do require that you meet the $10.00
minimum order and pay the normal delivery fee for each
restaurant.

Can I order from a restaurant outside my
delivery zone?
Delivery zones are limited to
ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner
and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious.
Catering or larger orders are placed in advance and may
be available for restaurants outside the delivery area
for an additional fee. Please call 407-788-3663 and
a customer service representative will assist you with
your
request.

How do I know that my online order has been
placed?
All online orders must be confirmed by
phone to ensure accuracy and to secure delivery times
before they are processed. You will receive a
confirmation number as soon as your order is placed
online and a confirmation phone call is expected by the
customer within minutes of placing your order. If you do
not call within 15 minutes of placing the order, we are
not liable for any orders that did not go
through.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders
cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the
restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an
advanced order, call 407-788-3663 and a manager
will assist
you.

Is gratuity for the driver included in my
order?
Gratuity is not included for orders
under $50. Please consider the efforts of your mobile
waiter and we suggest tipping the driver just like you
would a server in a restaurant. All orders over $50 will
be subject to a minimum 15% gratuity to ensure that your
driver is amply compensated.

the Mobile Waiter check my
order?
Your Driver
relies on the restaurant staff to prepare and pack your
order accurately. For your health safety
assurance, Drivers are not allowed to open
containers. Please take a moment to check your
order before your Mobile
waiter leaves. We train our Mobile
Waiters to count containers but this does not always
guarentee accuracy.

Who do I call if
there is a mistake with my order?
Call us
at 407-788-3663 if there is
anything missing or incorrect. We will get
incorrect items replaced, missing items delivered
or arrange for a credit towards
your next
order.
